At Happy Pet HQ, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
